A Brazilian fashion/footwear conglomerate created by merging shoe/handbag group Arezzo&Co with apparel group Grupo Soma (Animale, Farm Rio, Reserva and others). As of 2026 the two founding blocks (Birman and Jatahy) have agreed to de-merge Azzas back into separate Arezzo&Co and Soma companies, with Farm Rio held jointly.
